Purchasing a Smithfield Custom Condo is a unique experience. In this development you are able to acquire the amount of space you need to build your dream home (The Core & Shell). You can buy space in half floor increments and combine as many spaces as you need to ensure you can include all elements you desire in your custom condo home.

As a buyer you are purchasing a 'core and shell' which means you are buying a buildable ready space with plumbing, electrical, and other such infrastructure run to your condo (this is known as the core) and a complete exterior (referred to as the shell).
Beyond purchasing the 'core and shell' you will need to fund the interior build costs of your home. You should expect ~$125 to $200 per square foot to achieve a luxury finish.
Example 1: All in cost of Option 1 - 1,775 sq foot unit
The 1,775 sq foot unit will cost an additional $220K to $350K to complete the interior build ($125 to $200 per square foot).
This means the total cost of your home will be the base price of $727K as noted in the floor plan pricing above plus $220K to $350K.
With that said, you can expect a total cost of ~$947K to $1.1M once you have completed your 1,775 sq foot custom condo.
Example 2: All in cost of Option 2 - 2,374 sq foot unit
The 2,374 sq foot unit will cost an additional $230K - $366K to complete the interior build ($125 to $200 per square foot of interior space only).
These units include 540 sq feet of outdoor space which should not be included in your interior build calculation. This means the total cost of your home will be the base price of ~$925K plus $230K to $367K.
With that said, you can expect a total cost of ~$1.16M to ~$1.3M.
The ultimate cost depends on how you choose to complete your home to suit your needs and budget.
